Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Float Studio, each session time is reserved specifically for you. To preserve a calm and personalized experience for all guests, we kindly ask that cancellations or changes be made as far in advance as possible to free up space for other guests.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival will reduce the available session time in order to respect the next guest’s reserved appointment. Full session fees will still apply.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling & Refunds

With 24 Minimum Notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time for full refund.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Changes requested within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to charges of up to the full session fee. If we are able to accommodate another reservation within the time reserved on your behalf, a full refund less 10% administrative fee will be issued.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Float Wellness Studio Inc.

Completed sessions are non-refundable.
