Reservation confirmation may be required before services are guaranteed.

4. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Confirmed reservations will be honored at the agreed booking rate unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept those policies.

6. Arrival & Late Attendance

Guests are asked to arrive on time.

Late arrival may shorten the available session time in order to respect other scheduled reservations. Full fees may still apply.

7. Health & Personal Responsibility

Float Studio experiences are intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only.

They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Guests are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them.

If you have medical concerns, implanted devices, pregnancy-related concerns, sound sensitivity, neurological conditions, or other health considerations, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee any specific wellness, therapeutic, or personal outcomes.

9. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or end service where necessary to maintain a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment.

This may include disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Float Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items except where required by law.
